Project Manager
Description:
Project Managers hold overall responsibility
for project execution, project team performance,
client management and client communication.
Successful project management candidates must
have demonstrated experience in the management
of large client/server and Internet application
architecture projects.
• Exposure to Rapid Application Development
methodology, tools and processes
• Proven track record of discussing business
strategy and objectives, gathering business
and technical requirements and maintaining proper
project documentation .
Leadership
of application client/server and Internet application
architecture projects.
Responsibilities:
• Direct business strategy and objectives.
• Facilitate client sessions and consensus-building
activities.
• Lead and deliver project deliverables across all phases of the
Uniops methodology.
• Manage application requirements: scope,
budget, and schedule.
• Manage career aspects for up to 6 individuals:
New hire assimilation, mentoring, staffing,
career development and growth.
Experience/Skills:
• Exposure to Rapid Application Development methodology, tools
and processes.
• Proven track record of discussing business
strategy and objectives, gathering business
and technical requirements and maintaining proper
project documentation.
• Leadership of application development
projects.
• Good understanding of knowledge database
(rdbms) and n-tier application environments.
• Managing and mentoring multidisciplinary
teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree is required; a technology
background is preferred.
